Based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) owns and operates three sports franchises including our well-established Ottawa 67’s Major Junior hockey team of the OHL, the CFL’s franchise, the Ottawa REDBLACKs and the Ottawa Fury F.C. franchise of the USL. 

Job Summary

Our Merchandise Department is seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate to work part-time in our retail warehouse on site at TD Place. The Warehouse Associate will fulfill in-store and on-line orders and ensure that the store, kiosks and warehouse are properly stocked. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee receiving product: report shortages and overages to Manager
  • Oversee the shipping of product: sort, count, label inventory as it is received
  • Customization of Team Jersey’s
  • Ensure product is accurately priced marked
  • Perform stock consolidation to improve inventory performance and accuracy
  • Participate in annual inventory count, as needed
  • Respond to stock issues in the stadium store locations and kiosks
  • Diligently track and control inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through multiple lines of communication.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs
  • High attention to detail
  • Motivated to work in a team environment
  • Available to work weekends, evenings, flexible hours
  • High energy and ability to work in a face passed environment  
  • Working knowledge of cash registers, sales processing
  • Bilingualism will be considered an asset
